Over the years, I have built several award-winning, seven-figure turnover businesses in the property sector. While some ventures didn't reach their full potential, I firmly believe that failure teaches us valuable lessons that success cannot. This philosophy has shaped my approach to business, and I strive to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Now, with the majority of my companies having their own leaders,  I have more time to dedicate to my true passion: property development. Which has lead to the starting of James Baker Property. 

For the past 20 years, I have been involved in commercial and residential property flips, leveraging my keen eye for deals and my love for design and construction to maximise property value. I thrive on the excitement of creating stunning spaces and turning them into profitable ventures. But there's more to me than just bricks and mortar!

In my spare time, I cherish moments with my partner, her son, and our adorable sausage dog, Derek. When I'm not immersed in work, you'll find me indulging in my love for Thai boxing. I make it a point to spend 2-4 weeks each year training in Thailand, honing my skills and embracing the culture.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a deep-rooted commitment to humanitarian causes. Until recently, I travelled to Ukraine, delivering aid and bringing back refugees. Together, we made seven trips, providing support to over 70 women and children. It's these experiences that remind me of the importance of giving back and making a positive impact.

I have been fortunate to consistently generate substantial profits for myself and my investors. As I look towards the future, I am eager to expand my network and collaborate with more like-minded individuals.
