My latest venture is to work with Greenhouse OS which is a platform for agents to grow their business through the adoption of automation and AI. A change is coming and the pace of change is about to get faster.
I have been lucky enough to find a career that I am passionate about and work with some of the best people in the industry.
I work with leaders of our brands to grow their businesses and contribute to the group objectives. These include, residential sales, land and new homes and financial services in an award winning business.
We have an associate program that has been a huge success where I have the opportunity to help business partners build their own business within the Preston Baker brand. This is particularly rewarding as it is a great reminder of the early years I enjoyed so much when starting my own business.
We have a thriving planning and design agency and a hugely active Land Promotion business which is led by a team of dedicated and determined professionals. We have been backed by the Northern Powerhouse and are one of the largest suppliers of ‘shovel ready’ sites for small and medium sized builders in the North.
All in all I have a varied and exciting work and home life that never leaves me with a spare minute.
